Business Empathy

The hearing will take place as soon as two or more people with different views, have come together to try to reach an agreement on a question. It is the mutual understanding, coordination of the areas of interest. It can be an event or a part of a relationship. The trade is a form of communication, a message, and for negotiations. Communication is convincing to get what you want, however, the negotiations is to provide the best conditions for the best possible way. This is where the empathy comes into play.
